EnchantedForest Nature Workshops run structured, guided nature workshops incorporating arts and crafts, trails, environmental activities and games, earthwalks and Relax Kids yoga and meditation. The workshops offer children, young people and adults the opportunity to discover and explore nature at a level they feel comfortable with.
EnchantedForest Nature Workshops are based at Stansted Park on the border between Hampshire and West Sussex. EnchantedForest use the grounds at Stansted Estate including the arboretum and walled garden as venues for workshops. Workshops can also be run within school grounds; youth centre grounds or local public access woodlands. When the weather is wet and cold we have a traditional Mongolian yurt with a real wood burning stove to keep warm in.
The four main branches of EnchantedForest are:
- Nature Workshops held in the walled garden and arboretum at weekends and school holiday time.
- BushBabies, for 3-5 year olds, offers National Curriculum linked Nature Workshops which include games and activities, trails, arts and crafts, stories, and Relax Kids yoga and meditation within the grounds of Stansted Park during school term time.
- EnchantedForest will come to your school, youth group, youth centre etc. and run National Curriculum linked workshops tailored specifically for the participants. EnchantedForest will also run National Curriculum linked workshops at Stansted Park, again tailored specifically to your needs.
- EnchantedForest will cater for private occasions including birthday celebrations and corporate team building days. EnchantedForest offers team building activities and games, arts and crafts, bushcraft, and relaxation techniques.
